 Annual Award Recipients

The Awards are offered to individuals who have achieved excellence in their profession.

A scholarship in the name of each Award recipient is presented with the FTA Awards in New York and at one of our annual dinners in Asia.  In New York, the scholarship is for Johnson & Wales University, The Culinary Institute of America or the University of Delaware, while in Asia, the award recipient chooses the University.
